A genuine Belgian Weisse.
Brugs is a white beer with a past. Born in 1445 in Bruges, it is a fine example of the Belgian Weiss school.
"Witbier" means white beer in Flemish, and this name is given due to the white, opaque color that it has, because of the yeast. Brugs is unfiltered, highly fermented and undergoes refermentation in the bottle.
Its flavor differs from that of German beers of the same category, with the strong presence of citrus, yeast, and notes of coriander.
It has an incredible aroma and a very refreshing taste, which makes it a very good accompaniment for any meal.
